HR Advisor | Multi-Site Business Services Organisation | Permanent | Up to £40,000 | Slough \n The Bukola Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading business services organisation with a large, diverse and multi-site workforce to recruit a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused business where you will play a key role in supporting managers across multiple locations on a broad range of employee relations matters and people initiatives. \n Working as part of an established HR team, you'll be responsible for managing a varied employee relations caseload, coaching managers, supporting organisational change, and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to people management across the business. \n This role would suit a confident HR professional who enjoys working in operational environments, thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a passion for delivering practical and commercially focused HR solutions in a multi-site, unionised environment. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, flexible working requests, redundancies and dispute resolution.\n, • Provide prompt and professional HR advice to managers on employee relations matters and employment legislation.\n, • Coach and support managers in handling people issues confidently and effectively.\n, • Review case documentation, evidence and correspondence to ensure procedural compliance and minimise risk.\n, • Draft HR correspondence and support managers through formal meetings and hearings where required.\n, • Analyse people data, monitor trends and provide recommendations to support business decision-making.\n, • Assist with organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and TUPE activity.\n, • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.\n, • Support wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n About You \n We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate: \n\n • Previous experience in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations-focused position.\n, • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.\n, • Experience managing complex employee relations casework from start to finish.\n, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n, • The ability to manage a high-volume and varied caseload within a fast-paced environment.\n, • Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.\n, • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.\n, • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.\n\n Highly Desirable \n\n • Experience managing employee relations casework within a multi-site organisation.\n, • Exposure to TUPE processes and organisational change activity.\n, • Experience working with Trade Unions.\n, • Previous experience within multi-site Facilities Management, Business Services, Cleaning, Security, Hospitality, Logistics or other operationally-led environments.\n, • CIPD Level 5 qualification.\n\n What's on Offer? \n\n • Salary up to £40,000 per annum\n, • Permanent opportunity with genuine career development prospects\n, • Exposure to a broad and diverse range of employee relations matters\n, • Opportunity to work within a growing, multi-site business\n, • Supportive and collaborative HR team environment\n, • The chance to make a genuine impact on employee experience and business performance\n\n Apply Now \n If you're an experienced HR Advisor looking for a role where you can take ownership of complex employee relations matters, work closely with operational stakeholders, and continue developing your HR career within a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
