Job Title: Mid/ Senior level Job Runner- Technical \n Location: Wakefield \n Salary: In the region of £38-43,000 DOE \n \n About the company: \n An established AJ100 national architectural practice with multiple offices across the UK is seeking an ambitious and motivated Intermediate Architectural Technician / Technologist to join its growing Wakefield team. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across a range of sectors and has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality architectural solutions to a long-standing client base. With projects located nationwide, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative and experienced team environment while taking ownership of project responsibilities and contributing to the successful delivery of schemes from technical design through to completion. \n Benefits \n\n • Competitive salary, dependent on experience and skill level\n, • Opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects across the UK\n, • Supportive and collaborative team environment\n, • Career development and progression opportunities within a national practice\n, • Exposure to all stages of project delivery and client interaction\n, • Long-term stability within an established and respected organisation\n\n Daily Duties \n\n • Produce and develop detailed technical design information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards\n, • Prepare, update and issue comprehensive working drawing packages\n, • Coordinate project information with consultants, contractors and the wider design team\n, • Attend and contribute to design team and site meetings\n, • Liaise directly with main contractors and specialist subcontractors throughout project delivery\n, • Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical and construction-related queries\n, • Support the delivery of high-quality projects within agreed timescales and budgets\n, • Manage and coordinate smaller-scale projects where required\n\n Ideal Candidate \n\n • Qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist\n, • Several years job running and post-qualification experience within an architectural practice\n, • Experience attending site meetings and managing smaller-scale projects\n, • Revit is essential\n, • Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team\n, • Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge\n, • Strong communication and organisational skills\n, • Full UK driving licence preferred due to occasional travel to projects across the UK\n, • Proactive, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work\n\n \n To apply, please contact KAZ on OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to
