About the Role You will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or health conditions across different care settings. Shift Patterns This role may include a mix of: • Day shifts, • Late shifts, • Sleep-in shifts, • Waking night shifts, • Every other weekend working Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.
