Hospitality Coordinator – Remote (with regular travel across the South of England) Are you from a hospitality background and looking to take your operational experience into a more commercial, client-focused role? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading procurement and hospitality solutions partner, supporting clients across the hospitality sector to achieve greater value, efficiency, and performance. As a Hospitality Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in helping clients maximise savings and streamline operations through effective supplier engagement and category management. You’ll support new client onboarding, identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and work closely with internal teams to deliver insight, reporting, and project support that drives measurable results. This is a remote role requiring regular weekly travel to client sites across the South of England, with occasional national travel as needed. Key Responsibilities • Support the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with project plans., • Work closely with Operations Consultants to deliver agreed client objectives and identify further opportunities., • Help drive supplier engagement and category performance to unlock additional savings., • Compile client-facing reports that highlight key insights, performance metrics, and purchasing opportunities., • Partner with Account Directors and Procurement to ensure clients receive best-in-class service and results. About You You’ll bring a solid understanding of hospitality operations, perhaps with experience of working in a food and beverages team or operational setting or in the kitchen along with strong communication and analytical skills. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively, using data to tell a story, and helping clients achieve their goals. Experience and skills: • Background in hospitality operations, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (GMs, F&B Managers, Chefs)., • Experience of working with food and beverages i.e. cheffing, F&B Operations, • Good working knowledge of Excel (Power BI experience is a bonus)., • Strong communicator, able to build relationships with both clients and internal teams., • Some experience supporting financial or business performance, such as managing or analysing a P&L., • Flexible and proactive, with the ability to travel regularly across the South and occasionally nationwide.
