You will join a well established renewable business and represent them on site across the whole of Southern England as a full time, employed Pipefitter, whilst travelling to and from their Devon head office. You will be provided with your own van and equipment, and there will be a requirement to travel and stay away from home for up to 3-4 nights per week, Mon-Fri. Job Responsibilities: • Act as the on-site lead for pipefitting activities, offering guidance, technical expertise, and decision-making support to the project manager, • Undertake commercial (biomass) boiler installations and project work on a national basis, • Troubleshoot faults and attend breakdowns, • Carry out all installation work adhering fully to all design drawings issued, reporting and documenting any deviations where necessary, • Undertake risk assessments for all site visits, • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledgePreferred Skills:, • Minimum 5 years experience in commercial plumbing or previous experience in a similar position either as apipefitter., • Strong knowledge of tools, systems, and installation techniques specific to commercial settings., • NVQ level 2 qualification in Plumbing or equivalent., • Full UK Driving License (Essential for field-based travel), combined with the flexibility and desire to stay away from home potentially 3-4 weeknights per week., • Ideally youll have some welding experience, and an interest in working in the renewable sector. xrnqpay Pay and Benefits:

As the Electrical Facilities Technician, based on site, you will ensure all environmental conditions are always maintained within critical building systems. The Electrical Facilities Technician will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems within the site. We are looking for someone with the ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge of, HV and LV electrical services, control panels, AHU's, pumps and motors which will include the ability to fault find with the help of the BMS and the utilisation of current alarm data. Main responsibilities will include: Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. Provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works and send out site communications where necessary. Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment, include the wearing of relevant PPE. Ensure that all plant rooms under your responsibility are always locked and are kept in a clean and tidy condition. Supervise and monitor of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance. Arrange and provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be flexible with working patterns where necessary. Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate. Ensure tasks as directed are completed with the appropriate H&S awareness and implementation. Operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with the businesses Health & Safety procedures. Flexible with your working times towards the end of the day in the event of an emergency or if a critical alarm appears on the BMS. Proficient on computers to enable you to communicate via email and quote / order parts. About you: Completed an apprenticeship and hold a Level 3 technical and vocational qualification or Level 3 Diploma in a relevant subject. Knowledge of Electrical systems, BMS Systems, HVAC, Boilers, Boiler Control Systems and emergency lighting systems. Fundamental understanding of mechanical, electrical and other utility systems. Up to 2 years Electrical facilities experience, with high levels of flexibility and innovation. Experience in Facility Equipment fault finding and maintenance activities. Experience in building services (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Systems, Building Fabric, etc) Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated. Excellent report writing and PC literate. Ability to assess urgency and impact (e.g., safety-critical vs. routine maintenance). Completed City & Guilds 2391, 2394 and 2395 or BS 7671 - 18th Edition is distinct advantage. JBRP1_UKTJ
