Maintain optimal stock levels, track shelf life, and conduct monthly stock takes to ensure accuracy and reduce waste.\n, • Forecast stock requirements, oversee the introduction of new ingredients and packaging, and manage the phase-out of delisted products. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead process changes aligned with our company values.\n, • Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to foster capability, engagement, and a culture of accountability.\n, • Provide training opportunities to build skills and support professional growth.\n, • Monitor key metrics such as customer complaints, shortages, and stock write-offs.\n, • Experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally within food production, manufacturing, or other fast-paced environments.\n, • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing staff.\n, • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel for data management and reporting.\n, • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.\n, • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive efficiency, and maintain accuracy under pressure.\n, • Fresh bread daily to take home and enjoy with family and friends.\n, • 50% discount at GAIL’s and 40% off at The Bread Factory & The Flour Station Markets.\n, • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.\n, • Discounts and savings from high-street retailers and restaurants.\n, • Access to a 24-hour GP service.\n
