Key Responsibilities: • Deliver a wide range of Building Surveying and Project Management duties across sectors., • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and project success., • Lead and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their APC journey and professional development., • Undertake surveys, inspections, defect analyses, and due diligence reports., • Oversee smaller projects from concept to completion, including contract administration (JCT/NEC)., • Support business development initiatives, bids, and framework management., • BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)., • MRICS qualified with proven post-chartership experience., • Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset., • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
