Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Kieghley Duration: 6 Months Start Date: 14th April Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a project team working on a building extension, including reinforced concrete (RC) frame works. This is a 6-month contract role, ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented engineer with strong setting out experience across groundworks and structural packages. Key Responsibilities: Setting out for drainage, earthworks, foundations, slabs, pile caps, and RC frame elements Interpreting technical drawings and ensuring accurate implementation on site Maintaining quality control procedures and ensuring work is completed to specification Supporting RC frame construction including columns, walls, and formwork alignment Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Conducting site surveys and producing as-built records Ensuring health & safety standards are adhered to at all times Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Engineer on similar projects, including RC frame works Strong knowledge of setting out for groundworks and reinforced concrete structures Proficiency with surveying equipment (e.g., total station, GPS) Ability to read and interpret engineering and RC detailing drawings CSCS card (essential) Excellent communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer: Competitive day rate: £300 - £350 (dependent on experience) Opportunity to work on a well-structured project 6-month programme APPLY NOW
