CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger in the Baildon area. Key Responsibilities: • Invoice processing, • Product invoices are to be matched against goods received and passed for payment if agreed, • Nominal invoice coding and processing of overheads, • Liaise with suppliers on a regular basis, ensuring that any queries are dealt with in the required timescale, • Communicating any internal price-queried invoices to the buying department for checking and to rectify as necessary, • Produce weekly supplier payment run, • Allocate payments to supplier accounts, • Supplier statement reconciliation (manual and excel), • Processing employee expenses, • Filing and other duties to assist Financial Controller What We're Looking For: • Basic MS Excel skills are essential but further training can be offered, • Experience within a purchase ledger position desirable but not essential, • Admin experience, • Knowledge of basic accounting desirable but not essential, • AAT qualifications are desirable but not essential., • Accuracy with numbers and inputting data, • Good written and oral communication skills, • Sound time management and organisational skills, • Ability to work autonomously and within a team Shift Pattern - • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours) Pay - £24,000 - £25,000 (DOE) This is a great opportunity and if you would like to discuss your next Career move, please do not hesitate to get in touch with CareerMakers now
