🚨 Band 7 Team Leader Therapeutic Radiographer | Oxford Cancer Centre (Oxford) | ASAP Start | Permanent or Long-Term 🚨 We’re recruiting a Band 7 Team Leader Therapeutic Radiographer to join the Oxford Cancer Centre in Oxford. This is an ASAP start opportunity, available on a permanent or long-term basis, for a confident clinician ready to take the lead in treatment delivery while keeping patient experience at the heart of everything they do. The Role As Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in the operational and clinical leadership of treatment delivery and processes, ensuring a high-quality, patient-focused radiotherapy service. The ideal candidate would have appropriate up to date training including but not limited to City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent, 17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations and experience using a range of maintenance equipment. , IPAF 3A & 3B and basic mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential, (multi-discipline) and have good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance. They will need to be responsible for themselves and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974). They need to be able to read and understand technical drawings, have good problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written. The role is for a CHI Shift Engineer to cover site as per the below: • "5 days on, 2 off, 6 days on, 3 off shift rota to fulfil requirements for 7 days a week, 365 days a year., • Normal working hours – day shift 7am – 5pm, • On call rota to support the sites out of hours – when on shift, also on call Below skills are desirable: BMS Knowledge. Experience (Essential) of maintaining all relevant mechanical and electrical equipment to clearly defined criteria. Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg. Experience of working in a critical environment/data centre.
