Project Management Business PartnerLocation: Broughton (on-site)Contract: 12-month contractWorking pattern: 35 hours per week | 4.5-day working weekRate: £29.18 per hour PAYE / £39.04 per hour UmbrellaSecurity clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus)About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Project Management Business Partner to support the successful delivery of high-value CAPEX and building & construction projects at Airbus Broughton.Working closely with the Project Leader and multi-functional teams, you'll play a key role in shaping projects from feasibility and concept through to design, delivery and final handover. This is a highly collaborative role, suited to someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and brings a structured, professional approach to project governance.What You'll Be DoingAs Project Management Business Partner, you will: • Partner with Project Leaders to set up, manage and deliver projects in line with Airbus Project Management standards, • Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting and controls, • Support budget management, cost tracking and financial follow-up, • Lead and support risk and opportunity management, including mitigation planning, • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects and professional service providers, • Monitor and validate progress of professional service work packages and on-site works, • Support milestone reviews, audits and compliance activities, • Ensure projects meet safety, security, ethical and technical compliance requirements, • Broad, hands-on project management experience, ideally within capital investment or construction environments, • Experience working with multi-functional teams, including external contractors and professional service partners, • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels, • Sound understanding of risk, budget and schedule management, • Experience within building and construction project management (desirable), • A structured, proactive and collaborative approach, • The opportunity to work on high-profile Airbus projects within a world-class manufacturing environment, • A supportive, inclusive and professional recruitment experience, • Competitive contract rates with clear working patterns Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
