You will work mainly in pubs, clubs and other hospitality venues, responding to service calls and ensuring that equipment is safe, presentable and operating correctly. This is a field-based role involving regular travel throughout Hertfordshire, North London and the surrounding areas. Previous experience with gaming or leisure equipment would be an advantage, although training can be provided to a candidate with strong electrical, mechanical or technical ability. The Role We are looking for an experienced, responsible and commercially minded Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our intimate cocktail bar in Bank. This is not a back-office management position. It is a highly hands-on role, with the majority of each service spent on the floor: welcoming guests, managing the customer experience, driving sales and supporting smooth service. You will work alongside one other member of staff, so you must be comfortable leading by example and getting involved in every aspect of the operation. Cocktails account for approximately 90% of our sales, making a strong cocktail background essential.
