Ambrosia Cocktail Bar is hiring a Molecular Gastronomy Chef with bar prep responsibilities. Pay: £16/hour (inclusive of service charge) Hours: 25 hours per week Days: Friday & Saturday Shift: 12pm–12am Start Date: Friday 6th March 2026 Paid Training Day: Thursday 5th March 2026 Probation: 3 months Role includes: • Preparing cocktail garnishes, • Making house syrups, • Clarifying cocktails & preparing solid cocktails / molecular elements, • Preparing cold food boards (charcuterie / cheese / light plates), • Light cooking during service when required, • General kitchen & bar prep support, • Maintaining high hygiene & presentation standards You should have: ✔ Previous chef / kitchen experience (modern or molecular techniques preferred) ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Ability to work independently ✔ Reliability & punctuality ✔ Passion for creative food & drinks Creative prep-focused chef role in a fast-paced cocktail environment.
