Preparing pizza dough from scratch Rolling out and stretching pizza dough into the correct shape Adding the correct amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings to each pizza Monitoring the oven temperature and ensuring that pizzas are cooked for the right amount of time Keeping track of inventory levels for ingredients needed for pizza making Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area We are looking for someone who has experience in working as a chef with knowledge of pizza preparation techniques.
