We are looking for a talented and dedicated Croissant Baker (Viennoiserie Baker) to join our team! If you have a passion for laminated dough and creating high-quality croissants, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role You will be responsible for preparing, laminating, shaping, proofing, and baking croissants and other viennoiserie products. This is a hands-on role in a busy bakery environment — perfect for someone who values quality, precision, and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and mix dough according to recipes, • Laminate dough with precision (rolling, folding), • Shape croissants and other items like pain au chocolate, • Proof and bake viennoiserie items to bakery standards, • Maintain cleanliness and food safety Requirements • Experience as a baker, pastry cook, or working with croissants, • Strong knowledge of laminated dough, • Good attention to detail and consistency, • Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long periods Preferred Skills • Experience operating mixers, sheeters, and commercial ovens
