In addition to the traditional pizza dough we produce wholemeal, vegetable charcoal and the best gluten free dough this side of Naples! Training Opportunities: While experience is preferred, we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn. Our experienced team is ready to share the secrets of crafting the perfect Neapolitan pizza. Creative Freedom: Bring your passion and creativity to the kitchen! We encourage our chefs to experiment and infuse their own flair into our traditional recipes to create monthly specials.
