Oxford Hawks Hockey Club is seeking a reliable and friendly caterer to provide post‑match teas for our adult home fixtures throughout the season. On a typical Saturday, we host 7–8 home teams, each with a squad of around 14 players, along with their opposition teams, meaning catering needs to cover approximately 200 people across the day. We are looking for someone who can deliver informal, sit‑down post‑match meals that are hearty, good‑quality, and suitable for hungry players coming straight off the pitch. The atmosphere is relaxed and sociable, and the food plays an important role in creating a welcoming match‑day experience for both home and visiting teams. The ideal caterer will be able to: • Provide a consistent, reliable service across the season (August-April inclusive), • Offer a rotating menu of suitable post‑match meals (e.g., pasta dishes, curries, jacket potatoes, chilli, etc.), • Cater for dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten‑free), • Work efficiently around staggered match times, • Operate within the clubhouse kitchen facilities at Oxford Hawks, • Maintain good communication with the club’s General Manager regarding weekly numbers and timings This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large, friendly community club with a strong match‑day culture.
