Regen Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems within social housing properties across Bradford and the wider Yorkshire region.\n\nThis is a long-term role working on schools, communal plant rooms, apartment blocks and other social housing assets, ensuring heating and hot water systems are maintained to a high standard.\n\nThe Role\n\nPlanned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems.\nFault finding and repairs on heating pipework and plant.\nReplacing pumps, valves, expansion vessels, pressurisation units and associated equipment.\nServicing and maintaining commercial plant rooms.\nWorking across occupied and communal social housing properties.What We're Looking For\n\nNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).\nExperience working on commercial heating systems.\nPrevious social housing or maintenance experience is desirable.\nFull UK driving licence.\nStrong fault-finding and maintenance skills.What's on Offer\n\nCompany van and fuel card.\nOngoing, secure work.\nCompetitive salary with overtime available.\nPension and holiday package.\nOpportunity to join a well-established contractor with long-term social housing contracts.If you would like to apply for this position, please submit your CV or ring George on (phone number removed)
