We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Psychologist or Psychological Therapist to join our Intensive Home Treatment Team (IHTT) at Airedale Centre for Mental Health. You will be passionate about supporting people experiencing acute mental health crisis, as well as their carers & support networks. The successful candidate will lead the development of psychological therapies within the team, supporting the Care Closer to Home agenda & national guidance for psychological therapies in acute services. You will promote psychologically informed care through formulation-based approaches to care planning & risk management. As part of a supportive network of psychologists, psychological therapists & psychotherapists working across Acute Community Services, you will contribute to improving access to trauma-informed & neuroaffirmative care and reducing health inequalities across Bradford & Craven. Working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will provide reflective practice, consultation & clinical supervision, while helping strengthen co-production with Involvement Workers & Experts by Experience. You will deliver a range of adapted, time-limited, evidence-informed interventions. Previous training or experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) or Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) would be advantageous.
