THE ROLE As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen during service. You will be expected to lead by example, support the wider kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and organisation. Understanding of Italian would be an advantage., • Knowledge of Italian Cuisine is a plus., • Reliable, punctual and professional. The restaurant will currently operates Tuesday to Sunday, offering lunch and dinner service. As the restaurant grows, we plan to open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner.
