Food & Beverage Operations Manager Luxury Resort - Surrey / West London - to £55K I am currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the culinary and service operation at this 100bed 4* luxury resort. The Role To oversee all F&B outlets 2 restaurants, 2 bars, in-room dining and banqueting up to 150cv and additional oversight of front office and concierge - team of 30. Lead a multi-outlet team, manage budgets and cost controls and uphold the highest standards of service and presentation.
