We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Daytime Porter to join our team at a luxury 5-star hotel in Seaham, County Durham. As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience from arrival through to departure. This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality and enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage. Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about the hotel's facilities and services. Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's entrance, lobby, and public areas. Assist with guest transportation and valet duties where required. Chauffeur guests safely to local destinations using a hotel vehicle when required.
