You will set strategy, structure tests, manage daily optimisation, and keep our numbers moving in the right direction: ROAS, CAC, AOV and LTV. You will not write long-form copy. You will direct our copywriter and content team by defining hooks and angles, setting ad caption and subject line strategies, approving what goes live, and briefing what needs to be created next. You will lead the full performance cycle. Fix tracking. Audit accounts and flows. Improve feed health and audiences. Recommend landing pages and CRO. Ensure we show up with impact across paid and email, and that results are clear, reported and actionable each week.
