An established and highly respected regional main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to deliver a £7m Design & Build new-build care home in Lowestoft. This is a flagship project with a 70-week programme, currently in early stages following demolition works. CJS are looking for a Multi Trader to work in Lowestoft, Suffolk. You also will need to have your own hand and power tools. You will be removing sections of ceiling, enabling fire stopping then putting ceiling back up, taping & jointing, filling and painting.
