Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day site operations on a busy construction project, • Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme, • Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance, including CDMs, • Monitor progress, quality, and productivity across the project, • Ensure all procedures and site processes are followed correctly, • Work closely with the wider project team to deliver on key milestones Requirements & Experience • Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or steel frame projects, • SMSTS certification, • CSCS card, • First Aid at Work, • Temporary Works (advantageous), • Strong IT skills and ability to manage site systems and reporting, • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, • Strong organisational and communication skills Apply Now If you are an experienced Site Manager with industrial or steel frame experience, apply today or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
