We are seeking an experienced Dispensing Optician to join our friendly and professional team at Boots Opticians in Teddington. In this role, you will provide expert advice and dispense eyewear to our valued patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and service. Key Responsibilities Provide professional dispensing services, including fitting and adjusting spectacles Advise customers on lens options, frame choices, and optical products Perform accurate measurements to ensure proper lens fitting Support the optometrist team in delivering exceptional eye care Handle repairs, adjustments, and aftercare for eyewear Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and clinical standards Contribute to a positive, patient-focused environment Required Experience & Qualifications -GOC-registered Dispensing Optician - Proven experience working as a Dispensing Optician – training will not be provided for this role - Excellent knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical products - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently - High attention to detail and professional approach Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
