    Site Porter, with live in available. We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Site Porter to support the smooth running of our building and some guest-facing operations. This role involves a mix of guest assistance, venue support, facilities upkeep, and light maintenance. The ideal candidate is proactive, friendly, and ready to take ownership of duties across our unique multi-use site. Key Responsibilities Guest & Venue Support Greet and assist guests across the building. • Show prospective clients and visitors around the venue space., • Provide keys for out-of-hours hotel check-ins., • Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a positive experience. Building & Public Area Maintenance • Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of all public areas., • Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as small repairs, and reporting any issues requiring further attention., • Conduct routine checks to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and well-presented. Operational Support • Assist venue and hotel teams with general tasks as needed., • Support the smooth operation of the building as the business grows into new ventures., • Work collaboratively with management to ensure high standards throughout the site.     Role Title: Customer Services & Design Assistant Location: Planet Neon Role Overview Planet Neon is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Customer Services & Design Assistant. This role combines day-to-day customer support with creative design responsibilities. You don’t need to be an expert in design software yet — full training will be provided in VCarve so you can develop the skills needed to prepare design files for neon signage. What matters most is a willingness to learn, work as part of a team, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do. Key Responsibilities Customer Service • Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person., • Provide information on products, prices, and lead times., • Process orders from enquiry to completion., • Deal with any issues or complaints in a helpful and professional manner., • Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Design & Technical • Learn how to use VCarve software to prepare design layouts., • Turn customer ideas into accurate, production-ready designs (with training and support)., • Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are practical and achievable., • Keep design records and files organised. General Support • Assist with admin tasks including updating systems, scheduling, and invoices., • Support colleagues across the business when needed. Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not essential)., • Good communication skills, both written and verbal., • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)., • Willingness to learn VCarve software and other design tools (training provided)., • Eye for detail with a creative mindset., • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to pitch in where needed.
