    Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to lead our bar operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the management team in delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, cocktail knowledge, and experience in organising events and promotions. Key Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service, • Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high standards, • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations, • Maintain stock levels, ordering, and inventory control, • Create staff rotas and manage shift planning (including weekends), • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries Events & Promotions • Organise and manage events such as: Ladies Cocktail Nights, • Corporate Lunches, • Special promotions and themed evenings, • Work on creative ideas to increase footfall and sales Marketing & Social Media • Manage and post content on social media platforms, • Promote events, offers, and daily specials, • Engage with customers online to build brand presence Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, • Ideally hold a Personal Licence to serve alcohol, • Strong knowledge of cocktails and bar operations, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, • Well-organised with good time management

    Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and reliable Breakfast Chef (Chef de Partie) to join our café kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes, ensuring smooth morning service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is key to delivering a welcoming and enjoyable café experience for our customers. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook a range of breakfast and brunch items such as eggs, avocado toast, sandwiches, pancakes, pastries, and light lunch dishes., • Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard with consistent presentation and taste., • Set up and manage the breakfast/brunch station efficiently during service., • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maintain quality., • Work quickly and effectively during busy service periods, especially weekends., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas at all times., • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards., • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients., • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service., • Contribute ideas for seasonal menu items and specials. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, CDP, or similar role in a café or casual dining environment is preferred but not essential., • Good knowledge of breakfast/brunch cooking techniques and café-style menus., • Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy brunch services., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Team player with good communication skills., • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays., • Passion for fresh food and café culture.
