As the Enterprise Security Architect, working with operational technology (OT) the primary purpose of this role is to develop enterprise security architecture and supporting policies, guidance in support of the Information and cyber-physical security strategy, ensuring this CNI organisation is resilient against security threats. As the Enterprise Security Architect, you will be key to establishing the secure by design principles for the OT for this organisation and create the benchmark for other architects in the organisation. OT in this role could be SCADA Engineering, IOT, Telecoms networks, IIOT, Smart metering, Telemetry - any of these would be suitable. As the Enterprise architect you will advise the business and technology on state of security architecture, assure designs from 3rd parties, be part of the architecture review board and work on HLD’s. Ideally you will have expertise in the following: • Securing enterprise IT environments, cloud security, and network security., • Securing Operational Technology, • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing security direction and guidance., • Strong documentation skills for security designs, policies, and procedures., • Cybersecurity Tooling – Familiarity with security tools and technologies., • Azure Cloud or other cloud technology Any experience in working in Telecoms or CNI or regulated environments with knowledge of operational technology or IOT / IIOT would be helpful in this role. You will help shape the future of cybersecurity in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities: • Design and enhance modern cloud-based cybersecurity solutions., • Implement robust authentication mechanisms (e.g., MFA, passkeys)., • Integrate with leading identity providers such as Auth0, Transmit Security, and Ping Identity., • Develop advanced systems to detect and prevent account takeover (ATO) attempts., • Optimize the performance, scalability, and resilience of cloud services., • Champion continuous improvement in technical standards, tools, and development processes.
