EXTERNAL AQUA INSTRUCTOR • Location - Ashford As a Self-Employed Aqua Instructor at Bannatyne, you'll be part of a supportive and vibrant team, delivering engaging and effective aqua fitness classes across our clubs. Whether you're looking to pick up regular daytime or evening sessions or simply offer your services for cover, we welcome passionate and professional instructors who are confident in the water and committed to making fitness fun and inclusive. What we are looking for: • Relevant Group Exercise or Aqua-specific instructor qualification (e.g. Level 2 ETM with Aqua Module or equivalent)., • Current public liability insurance (as required for all self-employed instructors)., • Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification., • Previous experience delivering aqua classes in a health club or similar setting., • A positive, approachable personality with excellent communication skills., • Strong understanding of group dynamics and how to adapt sessions accordingly., • Willingness to cover classes at short notice when available., • Passionate about wellness and encouraging members to lead active lifestyles.
