Job Description The Opportunity Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager for our Patey Court service in Portsmouth. In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated Area Manager and Regional Director to help lead a purpose-built supported living service. The service comprises eight one-bedroom apartments and five four-bedroom apartments, providing care and support to working-age adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. We’re looking for a leader who: • Leads with positivity, compassion, and confidence, • Inspires teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred support, • Champions quality, safety, and continuous improvement In this role, you will: • Support the Registered Manager to inspire, and develop our team of support workers to deliver outstanding care and support., • Promote the delivery of high-quality care and support., • Drive service improvements and quality standards.
