Power Platform Engineer Permanent | Remote-first (with regular office/client days) The Role in 30 Seconds Build production-grade integrations connecting Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure services, and enterprise systems. You'll engineer Power Automate orchestrations, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and custom connectors — delivering reliable, secure integration workloads within architect-defined patterns. Hands-on engineering with real impact on enterprise transformation programmes. What You'll Actually Do Core responsibilities: • Power Automate & orchestration — Build cloud flows with concurrency, retries, error handling; implement child-flow patterns and solution-aware flows, • Azure integration services — Implement Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIM, Service Bus/Event Grid patterns defined by architects, • Dataverse implementation — Build tables, business rules, security roles; support data movement and D365 mapping, • ALM/DevOps — Implement CI/CD pipelines, solution moves, environment variables, connection references (ADO/GitHub), • Power Apps engineering — Build targeted model-driven/canvas components supporting integration use cases, • Custom connectors — Develop secure authentication flows (OAuth2, Azure AD, Managed Identities, API keys), • Contribute to integration architecture and design sessions, • Dual-write mapping validation and deployment checks, • Security pattern implementation (DLP, compliance), • Technical documentation and knowledge transfer You'll Fit If You Have Essential: • 3-5 years hands-on experience building Power Platform & Azure integrations, • Strong Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST API experience, • Solid Dataverse knowledge: tables, security roles, business rules, data mapping, • CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps or GitHub), • Understanding of authentication patterns (OAuth2, Azure AD, Managed Identities), • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills, • API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus, or event-driven patterns, • Application Insights telemetry and monitoring experience, • Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, • Solution-aware flows, child-flow patterns, automated testing (Test Studio, PAC CLI), • Dual-write familiarity Why Join DigX • Remote-first culture — Work primarily from home, with office/client days when needed for collaboration (typically once a week in Stafford or London), • Real engineering challenges — Enterprise-scale integrations with modern tooling and best practices, • Clear technical direction — Work within architect-defined patterns, contribute to design decisions, • Career growth — Microsoft certification support and technical development pathway, • Engineering-led culture — Quality, clarity, and craft matter here, • Competitive package — Salary reflective of mid-senior integration engineer market rates, plus benefits About DigX DigX engineers integration platforms that connect business-critical systems for FTSE 100 and mid-market organisations.
