Our People, our Patients, our PriorityJob overviewWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Endoscopy Waiting List Team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.Please note this post will be located with our team at York Hospital.As a member of the team, you will assist with managing waiting lists for diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, working in accordance with National and Trust access policies and guidance.This post is varied and includes contact with patients and the many Health Care Professionals associated with the endoscopy pathway.We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an environment where demands and priorities change quickly.We are looking for someone with a minimum of one year experience working in a patient/customer focused environment.
