About the Role: To apply for this role you will be a qualified RVN who is confident with consults. We also welcome candidates who may be looking for future career progression, including those with an interest in stepping into a Head Nurse role over time. About the Role As a Project Engineer - Evaluation and Road Test, you will be responsible for conducting vehicle evaluation and validation based on localised usage scenarios and preparing export reports while providing valuable suggestions to the project team. You will develop estimation strategies and oversee the execution of estimations, focusing on key areas such as the NVH, driving performance, power performance, smart cockpit, and autonomous driving, among other areas. Your insights will play a crucial role in supporting Full-Vehicle HW/SW Functional Integration & Performance Enhancement. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors include Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, and other related fields, • At least 5 years of working experience, • Understand the basic structure of vehicles and be familiar with the fundamental working principles of automotive electrical appliances, • Proficient in the use of in-vehicle data acquisition and analysis tools including CAN networks, Ethernet, and diagnostic equipment. Job Responsibilities: • Lead and deliver specialist ADHD and Autism diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents, in accordance with NICE guidelines., • Undertake comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including developmental history, mental state examination, risk assessment, and differential diagnosis., • Prescribe, initiate, and monitor pharmacological treatment for ADHD where clinically indicated, including ongoing medication reviews., • Identify and assess co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, learning disabilities, sleep disorders, and emotional dysregulation., • Provide clear, compassionate diagnostic feedback to children, young people, and their families., • Provide clinical leadership to ADHD and Autism pathways within the service.
