Drama Teacher • Annual Salary: Negotiable, • Location: Bolton, • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking a qualified Drama Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Bolton. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality drama education to students, fostering a creative learning environment, and contributing to the school's extracurricular activities. Day-to-day of the role: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging drama lessons aligned with the curriculum., • Inspire students to appreciate and excel in drama., • Assess and record students' progress, preparing them for qualifications and future careers in the arts., • Direct school plays and productions, coordinating rehearsals and managing performance events., • Collaborate with other teachers to integrate drama across the curriculum., • Participate in and organise school events and activities related to the arts. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or related subjects., • Experience teaching drama at secondary school level., • Strong organisational and communication skills., • Passion for drama and education., • Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities., • Experience in directing plays and managing performances is highly desirable.
