We’re looking for an experienced Project Quality & Environmental Deliverables Coordinator to join a leading organisation delivering key infrastructure projects on a 6 month fixed term contract. Based on-site full-time, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing project quality documentation within engineering or manufacturing environments. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring all deliverables meet client and project standards while supporting environmental compliance.\n \nSalary \n£40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)\n \nLocation and Working Pattern \nOn-site, 5 days per week (37 hours):\n\nMonday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm\nFriday: 8:00 am – 12:00 noonResponsibilities\nOwn and manage the HS2 project quality deliverables plan/register, ensuring all quality documentation is produced and submitted accurately and on schedule.\nAttend and contribute to internal and client meetings, including progress and readiness reviews.\nDevelop and maintain Manufacturing Inspection & Test Plans (MITPs/ITPs) aligned with specifications and project requirements.\nCoordinate quality documentation and material acceptance records, ensuring traceability and compliance.\nPrepare and deliver final handover documentation packs, including O&M manuals, to client-approved formats.\nManage document control activities for HS2 deliverables, maintaining version control and traceability.\nSupport defect resolution by coordinating updated documentation for NCRs and punch lists.\nCollect and report environmental data, ensuring integration into project documentation in line with HS2 requirements.Must-have Requirements\nProven experience managing project quality deliverables and documentation for engineering/manufacturing projects.\nStrong understanding of document control, revision management and QA processes.\nAbility to interpret drawings/specifications and apply requirements to practical documentation.\nCompetent with MS Office and document management systems.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client meetings.\nAwareness of environmental evidence requirements.\nMust be a British National (due to security clearance requirements).Nice-to-have Skills\nPrevious experience on HS2 or major UK infrastructure projects.\nQualifications or experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 systems.\nInternal auditing qualification or experience in audits.\nFamiliarity with client document portals and transmittal systems.\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to suppliers/sites if required.Apply Now \nIf you meet the above criteria and want to play a key role in delivering HS2 project quality, apply today and join a team committed to excellence.\n\nThe NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
