Collating documents and obtaining approvals ahead of documents being sent for execution by the directors. Managing the folders containing the precedent documents and completed documents for all Source sites, and maintaining central control list of all lease agreements. Assisting with purchase order (agreed legal spend) and money transfer requests. Supporting with the transition of legal documents and contract novation. Potential to oversee all legal matters (with support from the head of legal) for all sites in a certain jurisdiction and be the main point of contact to gain experience as a junior legal counsel.
