Instructed by our market-leading corporate client, we are specifically looking for lawyers to join the team in a role that makes use of key legal skills and experience but in a completely different capacity and within a new and refreshing cultural environment. The opportunity Working alongside the head of this newly-formed M&A team, you will be reviewing transactional documents and assessing risks within M&A transactions on behalf of your clients. More specifically, the role will involve you: • compiling reports and submissions based on your research and due diligence, • reviewing matters relating to W&I insurance There will be a significant amount of contact with insurers and lawyers on the other side.
