    Customer Service Coordinator — Part-Time Lumina Drones • Remote, with on-site event days Lumina Drones puts on ticketed drone light shows across the UK. Our customer team is the first voice guests hear — supportive colleagues, varied work and a real buzz on show nights. What you'll do • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries by email, phone and social media, • Process ticket sales, refunds and exchanges, • Handle complaints calmly and resolve them where you can, • Keep event details and ticket listings accurate across our websites, • Own customer comms in the week of each event — email, text and social, • Cover event days on site, or arrange and brief someone to cover for you, • Keep records and report back after each show What we're looking for • Clear, warm communication in writing and on the phone, • Well organised and happy working independently, • Calm under pressure when event day gets busy, • Available some evenings and weekends around event dates, • Customer service, ticketing or events experience is a bonus, not essential The details • Part-time, [X hours per week], • Optional paid event day cover, in addition to your usual hours, • Reports directly to the co-founder To apply: send a short message telling us about your customer service experience. We are high-level performers with exceptionally high standards, and we’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our growing team. The Role You will lead one of our small teams maintaining the grounds of multiple blocks of flats across Hertfordshire and North/Central London. This is a hands-on role, requiring excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and motivate a small grounds maintenance team, • Carry out grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard (mowing, pruning, weeding, litter collection, etc.), • Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks, • Communicate effectively with residents on site and liaise with the office team, • Maintain company equipment and ensure health & safety standards are met Requirements: • Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a grounds maintenance or landscaping team, • Full UK driving licence (driving is essential), • Strong communication and organisational skills, • Ability to work independently and uphold company standard So if you take pride in your work, enjoy leading others, and want to be part of a professional and growing company where you can really make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
