We specialise in bubble waffles, bubble tea, and milkshakes, and we also operate at major commercial and promotional events such as Winter Wonderland, Superdrug events and international events outside the UK. We are an energetic brand focused on great products, strong customer interaction, and creating memorable experiences. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Preparing bubble waffles, bubble tea, and milkshakes according to company standards, • Providing confident, friendly, and engaging customer service as we doing samples for customers, • Working both in our London shop and at external events including Winter Wonderland and Superdrug events, • Handling card payments accurately, • Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the workspace, • Supporting the team during busy trading periods and events ⸻ Requirements • Open, outgoing personality — comfortable speaking to customers and working in busy environments, • Energetic, positive, and presentable, • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, • Full flexibility and availability to work varied shifts and attend events, • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, • Legal right to work in the UK, • We don't require any previous experience, we'll teach you everything ⸻ Working Hours: • Shop opening hours: 08:00 – 23:30, • Working hours vary depending on rota, shifts, and event schedules, • Evening, weekend, and event work required ⸻ Employment Details: • Only Contract-based employment, • Pay rate to be discussed and agreed during the interview, • Full training provided ⸻ Positions Available: • 1 Male candidate, • 1 Female candidate
