Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join our Grangemouth-based client on a full-time, permanent 12-month contract. What's on offer? • Permanent role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (with an early Friday finish), • Competitive pay of 17.35 per hour, plus shift allowances, project bonuses, and enhanced overtime rates, • Company van and fuel card, accommodation, and meal allowance provided for occasional travel and overnight stays As a Supervisor within our client's industrial division, your main responsibilities will include: • Leading a small team of industrial operatives while promoting and maintaining a strong health and safety culture, • Planning and assessing work scopes, including liaising with site contacts and depot teams to secure resources, • Producing risk assessments and method statements, and managing permits to work in line with site processes, • Ensuring all work is completed safely, to customer satisfaction, and in compliance with audit and worksafe requirements What we're looking for? To be successful, you'll have proven experience supervising operational teams, along with: • A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required, • High Risk Confined Space Certification and experience is essential, • Experience of using high-pressure water jetting equipment, possessing WJA Card and Modules is essential, • First Aid at Work, IOSH Managing Safely and Forklift Truck certification is desirable CAGRA
