Connect Appointments have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our Grangemouth based client (FK3)! What's on offer? • Full-time permanent position, • Annual salary dependent on experience, • Shifts starting from 7am, • Accurately inputting and processing orders into our client's SAP system, • Creating, printing, and cross-checking legal paperwork, • Managing collection drivers and assisting at the transport office reception, • Providing daily reports of on-site status, • Liaising with the operations team to communicate schedule changes, • Managing spreadsheets and recording workloads for invoice reconciliation and stock control, • Adhering to all site safety rules, actively reporting near misses, • Following the ISO Quality Management System, operating risk assessments, and the 5's storage system, • Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy - particularly with data entry, • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, • A proactive approach to safety, quality, and environmental responsibilities, • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs, • Proficiency in Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn SAP (full training provided) CAGRA
