Contracts Manager – Civil Engineering Perth, Scotland Full-Time | Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering projects across Fife and the surrounding areas. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate multiple civil engineering contracts from inception to completion, • Oversee project teams, including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors, • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, • Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation, • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, • Identify and manage risks, resolving issues proactively, • Prepare and present project reports to senior management Requirements • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure, • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (or similar), • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline, • SMSTS and CSCS certification preferred, • Full UK driving licence What We Offer • Competitive salary (DOE), • Company car or car allowance, • Pension scheme, • Career progression opportunities, • Supportive and collaborative working environment How to Apply If you’re a motivated professional looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
