Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out Contract Location: Perth Duration: 3 months Start Date: Mid - Late September Sector: Retail Construction Employment Type: Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 3 month retail fit-out project in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and well-respected construction company with a strong pipeline of retail work across the Central Belt. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all on-site activities and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification, • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to programme, • Maintain high standards of health and safety, site cleanliness, and compliance, • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular progress meetings, • Liaise with the project team, client representatives, and external stakeholders, • Keep accurate site records, reports, and H&S documentations Requirements: • Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail and fit-out projects, • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), • Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to manage fast-track programmes and deliver under pressure, • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, • Joinery background beneficial but not essential What We Offer: • Competitive day or hourly rate, • Supportive head office team and clear reporting structure, • Opportunity to work with a leading name in retail construction, • Potential for future contracts upon successful delivery
