Wealth Management Practice Administrator (Financial Advisory Practice) \n Location: Brighton (office based) \n Salary: £27k - £30k \n Hours: Mon-Fri 9.30am – 17.30pm \n A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Administrator to join a well-established and highly respected wealth management practice based in Brighton. \n This boutique-style financial advisory firm provides expert advice to both local and national clients across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning, and has built a strong reputation and loyal client base over the past decade. \n The successful candidate will play a key role supporting the Financial Adviser and wider practice, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering a professional and efficient service to clients. \n Responsibilities: \n\n • Greeting clients and supporting them ahead of meetings with the Financial Adviser.\n, • Managing and coordinating the Adviser’s diary and client appointments.\n, • Preparing client welcome packs and review packs.\n, • Maintaining accurate client records on the CRM and back-office systems.\n, • Preparing quotations and illustrations from product providers.\n, • Processing new business applications and client documentation.\n, • Sending and managing Letters of Authority to financial institutions.\n, • Processing fund switches and withdrawal requests.\n, • Drafting basic suitability reports for reviews and investment changes.\n, • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties via phone and email.\n, • Preparing investment performance charts and supporting reporting.\n, • Assisting with client events and general office administration.\n\n Skills and experience required: \n\n • Previous experience within a financial advisory / wealth management administration role is essential.\n, • Experience working within a financial planning or wealth management practice.\n, • Knowledge of financial services products including pensions, investments and protection.\n, • Strong organisational and time management skills.\n, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n, • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.\n, • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).\n, • Experience with CRM or client management systems (e.g. Salesforce) would be beneficial.\n\n This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, forward-thinking financial planning practice offering long-term career stability within the wealth management sector.
