About the Role You'll be providing high-quality, person-centred care within a friendly care centre environment and supporting the support workers on your shift as a manager. Your responsibilities will include the following: • Supporting adults with learning & physical disabilities, • Assisting with eating and drinking, • Providing personal care, including toileting, • Encouraging and engaging in in-house and community activities, • Supporting with Medication Administration and Manual Handling Requirements - You MUST Have: • Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care minimum, • At least 6 months' experience in a similar support role within the last 2 years, • Up-to-date Manual Handling, Standard Care Training, Medication Administration, and Fire Marshalling knowledge/awareness, • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service You'll be part of a caring, professional, and supportive environment where your contribution truly transforms the lives of the people you support.
