For a successful application, You will need to have had some previous experience of working in a high-volume kitchen – delivering dishes to company time standards and specification and managing teams of up to 5 (Chefs and KPs) on a busy service. \n\n A key factor of your success will be the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the qualities to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce great food. \n\n\n\t • You will have a solid commitment to mentoring and developing teams, and a keen eye for detail\n\t, • You will assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation\n\t, • You will strive to ensure the kitchen is run professionally, profitably, efficiently and compliantly\n\n\n At Barons Pubs we embrace diversity and equality whole-heartedly.
