Monitor member satisfaction and address any issues promptly. What we are looking for: NVQ Level 2 Fitness qualified. Proven experience in a managerial role within the fitness or wellness industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills along with experience of managing a team. You should have a good understanding of fitness technology and trends. Have strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer focused attitude. A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service. The ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
