MP38 Catering Solutions is seeking skilled Agency Chefs to join our growing team, working with a wide variety of clients — from busy restaurants, hotels, and events to nurseries and care homes. Competitive hourly rates paid weekly £17-£24/h dependant on assignment. - Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle - Consistent work, even when hospitality quietens down after Christmas - Fully supported site visits and in-depth briefs before every shift - Ongoing support from our dedicated office team to help you succeed Hospitality We are getting new contracts every week for bars, cafes and hotels/restaurants. As an experienced chef, you'll fit in seamlessly with existing teams to help them deliver menus. Shifts are varied and down to you! You'll join our booking groups and accept the jobs that work for you, giving you flexibility and the freedom to work when and where you choose. Nurseries We provide rewarding opportunities for chefs to work in nursery kitchens, helping deliver safe and nutritious meals for young children. You’ll receive specialised nursery catering coaching to ensure you meet all required standards, with clear site briefs and support so you feel prepared and confident every shift. Care Homes When you work with us in nursing and care homes, you’ll benefit from dedicated training, including IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative), so you’re ready to cater for residents’ dietary needs safely and professionally. Our team will arrange site visits beforehand and provide all the information you need to ensure your shift runs smoothly and residents receive the highest standard of care. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience as a chef in professional kitchens - Ability to adapt quickly to different working environments - Allergen Awareness - Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum) and relevant qualifications - Reliable, flexible, and ready to hit the ground running - Right to work in the UK We know how unpredictable the hospitality industry can be — that’s why we offer our chefs the chance to gain extra stability and rewarding work all year round.
