Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver psychological assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Psychological Practice Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. This is an opportunity for talented, high performing and ambitious Senior Manager to join the Corporate Reporting Advisory Team (CRT) in the Audit Quality Department (AQD) in an exciting period, to help to shape the role and the expanding team. You will report into the Team Partners and work closely with Directors. General responsibilities • Work with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors and Partners within both AQD, the Audit Stream and across the wider firm, • Maintain and encourage an open and constructive environment in which to provide technical accounting support and advice, • Bring pre-existing financial services specialist technical accounting knowledge (this might be Banking and Alternative Finance, Fintech or Insurance focused), and experience to the CRT team and contribute to all output areas, • Provide support and supervision to the more junior team members. Specific responsibilities The individual will support the CRT Directors and other members of AQD, ultimately reporting to the AQD lead partners and will be responsible for the following: • Technical review of a personal portfolio of annual reports of publicly traded and other higher risk companies, working with the audit team to confirm compliance with financial reporting standards, company legislation and regulatory requirements, • Providing clear and practical solutions to the most complex technical financial reporting queries, and act as a consultant for the more junior members of the team in your specialist area, • Preparing and presenting financial reporting training, updates and seminars both internally and externally, • Helping to develop financial reporting tools and guidance for application by the firm’s partners and staff, • Writing articles and other publications on financial reporting matters for internal and external communications, • Assisting with the preparation of draft responses to external consultations in relation to legal, regulatory and financial reporting matters, • Monitoring external developments in financial reporting areas and, specifically in your specialist area, reporting back to the team and developing an appropriate action plan where required, • Supporting and coaching the more junior members of the CRT and wider AQD team. What You Will Do • Plan and deliver engaging workshops and support sessions (both face-to-face and online) on topics within the independent learning skills menu., • Create high-quality, simple-to-use learning resources, induction materials, and guides to help students learn., • Prepare activities and training sessions that are appropriate and relevant to learner needs., • Support students in small groups and 1-2-1s to develop their independent learning, digital, and general study skills., • Actively promote the development of Independent learning skills along with English and maths skills with all students., • Effectively manage a caseload of students, scheduling appointments via 121 and monitoring their progress using feedback forms and internal systems(ProMon, Navigate)., • Help to maintain a positive, safe, and appropriate environment for all students to study in., • Support students by maintaining hub-related resources, including books, Chromebooks and e-resources. About You, • Have the ability to communicate and engage with students and curriculum staff at all levels, ensuring relationships are enhanced and collaborative experiences and opportunities are realised., • Knowledge and extensive experience of skills building in a student or using all medians., • Knowledge and experience with Google applications eg. Docs, Slides and Sheets., • Experience working with colleagues in a cross-departmental / multi-disciplinary delivery role., • Experience in influencing and supporting students to achieve the best by stretching and challenging by reviewing progress and achieving improved outcomes. Senior Telesales Executive role available working for a large parcel home delivery business based in Leeds with 2 days in the office in Leeds and 3 days working from home Your purpose : Working in the Network Sales Telesales team, your primary responsibility will be to achieve your individual sales targets for volume and revenue through a mixture of phone and video calling with SME sized opportunities up to 75k shipments per year. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and developing a pipeline to convert into new clients within a defined area. You will be accountable for: - Identifying and developing a personal prospect pipeline of sufficient quality and quantity to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets as set by the business - Meeting all set KPI's and achieving productivity targets - Managing and recording sales activity and sales process through the CRM System - Onboarding new clients in a timely manner to meet projected go-live dates. - Ensuring all new clients have a full understanding of our clients Customer Service processes and have all the tools and contacts required to self-serve across all areas of the business - Monitoring the performance of new clients to ensure they trade to profile across all products and services within 4 weeks of go-live. - New clients are ready to handover over within 6 weeks of trading - Resolving escalations and account queries - Working with local operations team To be successful in this role you will require the following : - 2 years of exceeding targets in a Telesales role - An excellent understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional and IT literature with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Organised, proactive, energetic, hungry to succeed - Creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution - Able to forge relationships with the internal stakeholders - Customer focused and has excellent communication skills - Able to constructively challenge a diverse range of stakeholders Salary £30,000 plus circa £15,000 commission and other excellent benefits TPBN1_UKTJ
